Master Your Mind Workshop – Peelbergen

In this workshop we will introduce the concept of mental training and learn how to better manage our thoughts & emotions, use pressure to our advantage and influence our body, mind and performance in a positive way. We will also provide a few different exercises to learn how to train your focus and get into your zone!
