You are ambitious, extremely driven and hard working. It’s gotten you far, but not yet where you want to be.
You know you have more potential in you, yet have no idea how to access this consistently. At times you feel deeply frustrated because the harder you work, the further away you feel from your goals.
You definitely have good days and have already achieved beautiful rounds, great connections, and results. However, when the pressure is on all your hard work seems to crumble and your confidence with it.
Over time, you’ve become very focused on reaching your goals, obsessed maybe even, but with that, you sometimes question why you do what you do. There are days where you’ve lost the joy. There are days where you question whether you have what it takes.
What if the answers you are looking for are not found in more work, more tools, more strategies.
But within YOU.
The connection between horse and rider is what drew you to this in the first place. When you're present, clear, and grounded, your horse feels it. So do you. Coaching isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about removing what’s in the way of who you’ve always been.
Results follow connection.
I don’t work with riders looking for more strategies, quick fixes, surface-level motivation, or one-off advice. My approach is for those who are ready to do the inner work that leads to lasting transformation, not temporary change.
Are generous in spirit, supporting others in their growth.
Value integrity - they show up, on time, and ready to work.
Are prepared to be uncomfortable and stretch beyond their comfort zone.
Take full responsibility for their performance and mindset.
Are extremely motivated to achieve results.
Are open, coachable, and willing to look within and take action.
The riders who thrive most in my world are those who:
I work exclusively with riders who are deeply committed to growth - not just in their riding, but in themselves.
This was more than mindset coaching, it changed how I live. I used to take the easy, safe route. Now I’m choosing growth, and achieving goals I never thought possible.
