About the Event

Join Equestrian Mental Coach Annette Paterakis for a 2-day, deep-dive group workshop which will take your mental game to the next level.

In this workshop we will build upon what we have already learned in the intro workshop together, and:

  • Get deeper insights into how our mind works
  • Train to become more consistent in our riding
  • Train our focus, multitasking skills and reaction speed
  • Learn from each other through interactive, group exercises

The workshop will take place on the 19th and 20th of March. It will begin promptly at 15:30 each day and is expected to last about 3 hours.

Attendees will also receive an exclusive discount to Annette’s Online Mental Training Program. This will be provided at the event.
