- Personalized 1:1 coaching journey with weekly sessions for the first 2 months, followed by a bespoke cadence for the remaining 10 months

I coach riders who aren’t here because someone told them they should have a coach. The riders I work with are searching for clarity. For truth. For a way of working that feels aligned rather than forced.
My own journey as a competitive international show-jumper taught me that more effort isn’t the answer. For over a decade, I’ve worked with riders around the world to create consistent, high-level results - often in months, not years.
My work unlocks a new state of alignment between competitiveness and connection, technical mastery and deep intuition. Where trust, in yourself and in your horse, becomes the catalyst for performance.
I don’t coach from formulas or surface-level strategies. I work with riders who are curious about who they are being - in the ring, in the stable, and in life - and who feel drawn to that depth of exploration.
A note from Annette
Before working with Annette, I was good, but I was running in every direction at once. My horses, my family, my training, everything at the same time. And I had success, you know, because from the beginning, since I started riding, I've always been competitive. I've always been good at it. I had good trainers from when I was a little kid, my parents always supported me, and they gave me good horses. So from the start, I was getting results.
But once I started trying to reach the top level, the real top sport, I realized I was missing something. I wasn't winning the way I used to as a kid. I was missing opportunities. And I knew physically I was fine. My knowledge, my experience, for my age and my level at that point, I felt that was okay too. I had good horses.
But my mind, my mind was not there.
Before I started working with you, I was riding just to compete. Just to win. And I think that's exactly why I started winning less. Because I was thinking so much about winning that I stopped focusing on the real basics of what we do with a horse. The connection. The understanding. How to bring out the best in each horse in that moment.
